Responsibilities:
Design Workday Integrations
Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations with a primary focus on PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) to ensure seamless payroll data transfers
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday integration projects
Business Process Analysis
Perform a detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for integration automation and process improvements
Configure Workday Integrations
Configure and deploy Workday integrations using core connectors, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, PECI, and Web Services APIs
PECI Expertise
Provide technical expertise related to PECI, including mapping payroll data fields, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate payroll data transfers
Ensure Data Security Compliance
Ensure all integrations comply with data security and privacy policies, particularly when handling sensitive HR and payroll data
Integration Testing
Perform unit and system testing for all Workday integrations and collaborate with functional teams to validate test outcomes
Troubleshoot Integration Issues
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday integrations, particularly those affecting PECI and payroll data transfers
Maintain and Enhance Integrations
Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing Workday integrations to adapt to changing business needs
Technical Documentation
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, field mappings, and integration process flows
Technical Support for PECI
Offer technical support for PECI-related tasks, ensuring accurate payroll outputs and troubleshooting data transfer issues
Training on Workday Integrations
Provide training and guidance to HR, Payroll, and IT teams on Workday integration processes and best practices
Monitor Integration Performance
Monitor the performance of Workday integrations, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and meeting business needs
Optimize Integration Processes
Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize integration processes and reduce manual intervention

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Workday Integration Experience
3+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant with a focus on Workday Core HCM and payroll integrations, particularly PECI
Workday Integration Tools Proficiency
Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs.
Payroll and HR Process Knowledge
Strong understanding of Workday business processes related to Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
Third-Party Payroll System Integration
Proven experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems
Problem-Solving Skills
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Workday Studio Expertise
Experience with developing integrations using Workday Studio
Core Connectors and Web Services:
Proficient in configuring Core Connectors and using Workday Web Services APIs
Data Mapping Skills
Expertise in mapping payroll data fields and troubleshooting data transfer issues
Unit and System Testing
Experience in performing unit and system testing for Workday integrations
Compliance with Data Security
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies when handling sensitive HR and payroll data
Technical Documentation
