Responsibilities:
Business Partner Migration (CVI) Oversight
Lead the migration of Business Partners using Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) for S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with the new system architecture.
Design and Modify P2P Functionalities
Work closely with stakeholders to identify necessary modifications in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process to fit the S/4HANA environment, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems
Configuration and Customization in SAP P2P
Configure SAP P2P modules to meet the business’s specific requirements, including adjusting workflows and approval processes as needed
Integration with S/4HANA
Ensure seamless integration of P2P functionalities within the new S/4HANA system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes and data flows
Data Validation and Cleansing for Migration
Oversee the data validation, cleansing, and preparation tasks to ensure smooth migration of legacy data to the S/4HANA system, particularly within the P2P domain
Testing and Quality Assurance
Lead unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all P2P functionalities, ensuring all modifications and migrations work as expected in the new system
Training and Knowledge Transfer
Provide training sessions and materials to end users and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth adoption of modified P2P processes post-migration
Issue Resolution and Support
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any technical or process-related issues in the P2P domain post-migration, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting
Stakeholder Communication and Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and gather feedback for further improvements in the P2P functionalities
Post-Go-Live Optimization
Monitor the P2P processes after go-live, identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring that the new modifications align with business objectives and S/4HANA’s capabilities

Requirements:
Extensive Experience in SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP P2P modules, including configuration, customization, and process optimization.
Business Partner Migration (CVI) Expertise
Proven experience in managing Business Partner migration (Customer-Vendor Integration) for S/4HANA implementations, ensuring accurate data migration and integration
S/4HANA Expertise
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the P2P domain, with a solid understanding of its architecture and functionalities.
Experience in Procurement Processes
Deep understanding of central procurement, operational procurement, and invoice management, with the ability to design and optimize procurement workflows
Procurement Analytics Skills
Ability to configure and utilize procurement analytics tools within SAP to generate insights and improve procurement efficiency
Sourcing and Contract Management
Expertise in SAP Sourcing and Contract Management, with a focus on optimizing supplier relationships and contract lifecycle management
Integration Experience
Proficiency in integrating SAP P2P with other modules and systems (such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management) to create seamless end-to-end processes
Strong Data Management Skills
Experience in data validation, cleansing, and migration in SAP, with the ability to ensure the integrity and accuracy of procurement data during migrations
Testing and Quality Assurance
Expertise in leading unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP P2P functionalities, ensuring modifications work as intended
Leadership and Team Management
Proven ability to lead a team of SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and technical oversight for P2P projects
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather business requirements, provide updates, and align P2P solutions with business goals.
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and process-related issues in the P2P domain, providing timely solutions and support post-implementation
Fluency in English
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
