Responsibilities:

  • Design Workday Integrations

    Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations with a primary focus on PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) to ensure seamless payroll data transfers

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

    Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday integration projects

  • Business Process Analysis

                    • Minimum 5 Years of EWM Implementation Experience

                      Proven experience in implementing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, with a focus on end-to-end project execution

                    • Expertise in Inbound and Outbound Processes

                      Deep understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes within SAP EWM, including goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping

                    • Manufacturing Integration Experience

                      Experience integrating SAP EWM with manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless operations between production and warehouse management

                    • Quality Integration Knowledge

                      Familiarity with integrating SAP EWM with quality management processes to maintain high standards of product quality during warehousing operations

                    • Experience with Automated Warehouses

                      Hands-on experience in working with automated warehouse systems, including conveyor belts, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and robotics

                    • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience (GxP Environment)

                      Experience in implementing SAP EWM in a GxP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry

                    • Strong Debugging Skills

                      Proficiency in debugging SAP EWM applications to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently

                    • Strong Technical Skills

                      A solid technical background in SAP EWM, with the ability to customize and configure the system according to business needs

                    • Solid IT Background

                      A robust understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with technical teams

                    • Integration Skills

                      Ability to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP QM, as well as third-party systems

                    • Proficiency in ABAP for EWM

                      Basic to advanced knowledge of ABAP programming for SAP EWM, allowing for customization and enhancement of standard functionalities

                    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA

                      Experience in implementing SAP EWM on the SAP S/4HANA platform, leveraging its advanced features and capabilities

                    • Understanding of Supply Chain Processes

                      In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, particularly in the areas of warehouse and inventory management

                    • Familiarity with ITIL Practices

                      Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices for effective IT service management in an EWM environment

                    • Agile Methodology Experience

                      Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and using tools like JIRA for project management

                    • Excellent Communication Skills

                      Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
