Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure effective implementation and support of the Research Labs product line.
Participate in analyzing business processes to understand requirements and define use cases
Contribute to the creation and definition of requirements for new systems and enhancements in Digital Pathology
Design, prototype, and develop solutions for projects, including maintenance and enhancement releases
Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of solutions
Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, sequence diagrams, and software design specifications
Develop testing scenarios and system support documentation to assist in system validation and troubleshooting
Follow industry best practices and standards to ensure technical compliance and quality of the deliverables
Adhere to high-quality software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Show accountability by contributing to the timely completion of assigned tasks and projects

Possess a strong IT background with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience with the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
Have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Scaled Agile, and experience working in Agile Release Trains
Show knowledge of cloud-based SaaS solutions, including architectural understanding and the ability to challenge technical teams to decide on optimal solutions
Be familiar with complex system integrations, including REST APIs and JSON
Have knowledge of enterprise user authentication mechanisms such as SSO (Single Sign-On) and bearer token exchange

Experience working in a validated environment, including knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) practices
Be aware of privacy, security, and compliance regulations such as GDPR and their implications for data handling, including audit trails
Have experience working in a global, multicultural environment and flexibility to work across multiple time zones (NALA and EMEA)
Be fluent in English
