Work closely with clients to understand and define their technology needs. Help guide them through their digital transformation by providing expert advice and technology solutions.
Create and assure critical architecture artefacts, such as Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High/Low-Level Designs, Reference Architectures, and Roadmaps.
Deploy strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to inform, engage, and influence decision-makers from across the client’s organization.
Assist senior leaders in building cases for change, focusing on cost estimation, detailed planning, and benefits realization for the technology solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to define visions, establish Architectural Guardrails, and oversee Detailed Designs. Take a lead role in unblocking teams when issues arise.
Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to board-level business leaders and their teams through technical writing and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Use your skills across all architectural domains (Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security), with a specialization in at least one.
Apply architecture and delivery methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, MODAF, or SAFe to design and deliver solutions.
Use tools such as UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq to communicate and present architecture models.
Ensure solutions comply with governance models and operating frameworks, working within delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Commit to ongoing professional development through certifications in cloud technologies and methodologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, SAFe).
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience and a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.
Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative solutions within at least one technical domain.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business terms.
Understanding of current market trends and developments within the relevant domain, with an ability to assess their impact.
Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment is preferred.
Certifications in cloud technologies and methodologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, and SAFe are advantageous.
