5-8 years in MES within the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in implementing and managing GE Proficy and Microsoft server software.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, PTC Thingworx, Windows Server, and network management.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and resolving conflicts, with a focus on excellent customer service.
Exceptional communication abilities with proficiency in engaging stakeholders and training users.
