Design and implement comprehensive Change Experience strategies and tactical plans, including stakeholder assessments, organization transition, and change readiness.
Conduct change impact analyses, role mapping, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and manage communication strategies to deliver consistent, timely, and relevant messages to stakeholders.
Lead the creation of materials for communications and engagement activities to support change efforts.
Assess training needs and lead the development of training plans, collaborating with partners on training delivery.
Track progress against the change roadmap, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective measures.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and implementing change management programs, with a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
A master’s degree in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, or substantial equivalent experience.
Exceptional ability in both written and verbal communication, crucial for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team.
Creativity and openness to innovation and experimentation, with a keen interest in new working methods and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for developing effective solutions and overcoming obstacles.
Experience with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness.
