Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support IT-driven changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence organizational behavior and ensure compliance.
Design and execute creative communication campaigns that simplify complex topics and drive stakeholder engagement.
Apply change management principles to create impactful strategies for organizational and behavioral transformation
Identify and address potential resistance to ensure the success of change initiatives.
Provide insights and guidance to optimize product roadmaps and resource management within the domain.
Work with UX, Partnering, and Engagement teams to align efforts and enhance the efficacy of change initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years in change management, with a robust understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
