Act as the Scrum Master for the Content Orchestration team, facilitating Agile methodologies, and promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and workshops
Ensure that the team has the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality content on time
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr together with the Product Owner, ensuring successful deployment within defined timelines and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and drive successful execution
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while fostering effective communication and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Define and manage the operational model for Sprinklr use cases in Roche Diagnostics, ensuring seamless delivery of services and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Sprinklr, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements while serving as the main point of contact for any service-related issues or escalations

Proven experience as a project or delivery manager, preferably within the technology implementation or digital marketing field
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results within defined timelines and budget
Experience or interest in change management aspects
Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, is highly desirable
Commitment and ownership of meeting project goals
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience in healthcare is not required, but familiarity with healthcare systems and data workflows (e.g., HL7, IHE) is a plus.
