  • Requirements Documentation

    Detail system requirements through collaboration and documentation, converting business needs into system documentation beyond user stories.

  • Developer Alignment

    Guide software developers to align system diagrams with implementation, focusing on data best practices.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to consolidate content management requirements.

  • Analysis & Specification

    Lead the analysis of business needs, producing comprehensive functional specifications and user stories.

  • Content Management Guidance

    Leverage content management expertise to refine content workflows and advise on best practices.

  • Project Leadership

    Manage business analysis tasks throughout the project, ensuring quality and timely delivery of documentation.


  • Experience

    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably B2/C1 in English.

  • Education

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Business Analysis Techniques

    Knowledgeable in collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, and conducting workshop techniques.

  • Agile and Waterfall Understanding

    Clear understanding of agile processes and the ability to differentiate from waterfall methodologies.

  • Teamwork

    Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral team member, with the capacity to lead and coordinate work effectively.


  • Business Analysis Experience

    Proven track record as a Business Analyst with substantial project management knowledge.

  • Certifications

    Business Analysis certification such as CBAP and familiarity with specific Content Management Systems.

  • Content Management Proficiency

    Familiarity with Content Management principles and systems, as well as regulatory and compliance considerations in GxP validated environments.

  • Communication Skills

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams.

  • Analytical Proficiency

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of content management systems (C/CMS) and content delivery platforms (CDP).
