Configure and maintain the Ixiasoft CCMS platform according to business needs. Customize workflows, templates, and metadata schemas in alignment with content management best practices
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of content assets within the system, ensuring that all changes are tracked and documented efficiently
Oversee the full content lifecycle, from creation to publication, ensuring adherence to the content strategy and guidelines using Ixiasoft CCMS and Antidot Fluidtopics
Work closely with content creators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define content requirements and strategies. Facilitate effective communication to meet business and content goals
Manage content repositories, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and security of content assets across the platforms
Leverage integration capabilities between Ixiasoft CCMS and Antidot Fluidtopics to streamline workflows and enhance overall content management efficiency
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within content management workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts

Develop and deliver training sessions for users of Ixiasoft CCMS and Antidot Fluidtopics. Create documentation and training materials that provide best practices for content creation, management, and publication
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for configuration and content management inquiries. Provide troubleshooting support for users encountering issues with the system
Guide the development of key content types, such as intended use instructions, troubleshooting guidelines, operational procedures, maintenance protocols, configuration instructions, safety information, and service procedures
Collaborate with teams to create and refine content strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, ensuring a structured approach to content management and publication
Ensure all content management practices meet the organization’s security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly for sensitive or proprietary information
Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts, regularly assessing content management processes, and proposing enhancements to increase the quality and efficiency of content management

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Science, Technical Communication, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
Proven hands-on experience with Ixiasoft CCMS and Antidot Fluidtopics platforms, including configuration and content management
Strong understanding of content management principles, such as structured authoring, metadata management, and content reuse
Experience with configuration management tools and techniques to effectively manage version control and system settings
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content management systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Previous experience with other content management systems (CMS) and related tools, broadening expertise in managing digital content
Proficiency in XML, DITA, and other markup languages used in structured content development and management
Experience working within Agile methodologies or project management practices to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing content structures, ensuring consistency, and adhering to business requirements
Ability to develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes to support users and stakeholders
Experience providing training and technical support to end-users, helping them navigate content management platforms and resolve issues
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for optimizing and automating content management processes for greater efficiency
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, subject matter experts, IT, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives
Knowledge of the Quanos Schema ST4 CMS system is a valuable asset, enhancing capabilities in content management
Additional certifications in other relevant content management systems beyond Ixiasoft CCMS and Antidot Fluidtopics would be advantageous
