  • Employer Branding & Engagement

    Implement and align employer branding with organizational values. Organize employee engagement activities, from town halls to office events. Seek opportunities to boost the Informatics brand on various platforms.

  • Event Management

    Manage and execute branding events, both online and in-person. Collaborate with internal and external partners for event success.

  • Internal & External Communication

    Direct internal communication strategies and optimize channels. Create content and manage communication outlets. Lead branding efforts with marketing and HR for cohesive messaging.

  • Project Management

    Ensure branding materials align with company vision. Handle project timelines and solve challenges promptly. Maintain internal and external communication strategies for branding.

  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

    Work with Informatics leadership and HR for unified efforts. Coordinate with various teams to ensure consistent branding across locations.


  • Experience & Expertise

    3-5 years of proven experience in internal/external communication, event management, or employee engagement

  • Educational Background

    A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Industry Familiarity

    Prior involvement in employer branding, preferably within the Informatics sphere in Malaysia.

  • Passion for Engagement

    A fervent desire to craft engaging communications and experiences.

  • Proactive Nature

    Self-starter with an energetic demeanor and a knack for initiative.

  • Communication Skills

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Teamwork & Diversity

    Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and bridge gaps between employees and management.
