Oversee the design and development of Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.
Develop and implement integrations between Workday and other internal systems like payroll and benefits, as well as external third-party vendors.
Ensure all Workday integrations are designed to be scalable and adaptable to meet both current and future business requirements.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT departments, and external vendors to gather requirements and assess the feasibility of proposed integrations.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations, offering technical guidance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Perform thorough testing of all integrations, including system validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure the accurate transfer of data.
Regularly monitor the performance of integrations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure that all integrations meet industry compliance standards, such as GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA, especially for the pharmaceutical sector.
3-5 years of experience working with Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Cloud Connect.
Proven experience in developing integrations between Workday and external systems, such as payroll, benefits, or financial platforms.
Knowledge of compliance regulations, such as FDA, GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA, applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong proficiency in technologies such as XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and other integration tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
