Collaborate with Business and Informatics teams to identify and define authoritative data sources for enterprise information across multiple domains
Build and maintain a reliable, enterprise-wide "source of truth" for data, ensuring accurate and consistent information availability
Analyze and document the AS-IS (current state) and TO-BE (future state) information flows within the organization
Create and maintain a cross-functional, cross-solution Information Landscape that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals
Provide in-depth analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve information flow and content issues, ensuring optimal data processes
Identify areas for improvement in the structure, flow, and automation of information, advising teams on best practices for data management
Collaborate with product teams to automate data flows and processes, ensuring streamlined data movement and enhanced efficiency
Improve the way information is represented within business processes and systems to support better decision-making
Provide guidance to Solution Owners and product teams on best practices related to data management, information flow, and data architecture
Ensure that data is readily available for Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytical processes, enabling better insights and decision-making
Continuously monitor the quality and integrity of the data to ensure its accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business needs

Experience with NoSQL databases and understanding of their unique data modeling and management requirements
Ability to model business processes and implement automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
