Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath, with a focus on Document Understanding capabilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in UiPath Document Understanding, providing guidance and best practices to both clients and team members
Coordinate and mentor a team of UiPath developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
Engage with clients to understand their document processing challenges and tailor automation solutions to address their specific needs
Support and maintain existing document understanding automations, ensuring they adapt to evolving business requirements and environments

Proficiency in deploying and managing AI/ML models within UiPath's AI Center for document processing tasks
Direct experience in engaging with clients and translating their business requirements into effective technical solutions
Proven ability to analyze, map, and redesign business processes for automation, particularly focusing on document-centric workflows
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
