Office management and maintaining its order
Organizing meetings and booking conference rooms
Managing correspondence and emails
Conducting and archiving company documentation and ensuring its proper circulation and records within the company
Receiving and sending mail and courier packages
Collaborating with suppliers of office and food items, creating analyses and comparisons
Operating office equipment
Supporting the team and company in carrying out current tasks, including ongoing administrative and office work
Assisting in employee onboarding and offboarding
Collaborating with internal departments
Working from the office from 9 AM to 5 PM
