Main tasks for the Technical Writer will be:

• Analyzing required user support content. identify functional specifications and support documentation and cooperate with subject matter professionals to check the content required to meet user necessities.
• Test, maintain, and update information for users.
• Bring contribution to internal process developments and other duties, as assigned.
• Revise actual information for users for current products and make information for users for new products.
• Provide suggestions for improvement; proofread texts to check and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.

The Candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Communication or related field
• 2-5 years experience
• Experience using the following software: Author-it, MS Office 2010 and higher (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Image capturing tool, e.g. Snagit, MS Teams, Windows
• Creation of written texts in US English with minimal stylistic and grammar mistakes, texts that can be translated into other languages
• Experience in writing and editing information for users, like Online Help, User Guides, Administration Guides, Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, Release Notes, and Functional Specifications
• Expertise in using documentation templates and style guidelines to improve documentation that has a consistent visual and structural approach
• Experience in architecting complex documents and documentation sets
• Quick-learning ability for complex software systems and industry business concepts, as well as the tools
• Modification of technical explanations into information for users
• Appropriate skills to install and test software and note its functionality
• Experience with working in an agile, cross-functional software development team
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
