The main tasks for the Teamcenter Consultant will be:

• ​Being responsible for the infrastructure of Digital Engineering environment (Production, Lab, System)
• Taking part in the ongoing evolution, setup and implementation of Teamcenter products based on requirements and functional specifications
• Coordinating release changes, monitoring and test management activities
• Working in a global team on Teamcenter products with Add-ons and interfaces to various systems
• Participating in architectural discussion and decision-making process for the Digital Engineering environment (Production, Lab, System)
• Receiving required trainings to expand knowledge and expertise

The Candidate should have:

• Experience with Windows Server administration
• Solid knowledge of
  • Data bases and DB environment (Oracle- or MSSQL-Server)
  • VMWare
  • MS-PowerShell
• Familiarity with Infrastructure tasks
  • Migration
  • Snapshots
  • Backup
  • DB Dump Export / Import
  • Monitoring
  • Pipelining
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Background in the SISW Teamcenter or Windchill product type
• German language skills
