Main tasks for the System Administrator will be:

• Control and oversee maintaining networks and servers.
• Updating, applying and configuring new hardware and software to fulfill company requirements.
• Define and solve hardware, software, networking, and system problems when they encounter them.
• Replacing and updating defected or outdated elements when needed.
• Implementing security rules and procedures to prevent potential issues.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Doing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Create documentation of processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Improvement of data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing positive end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Creating scripts to automation of tasks on daily basis (like, PowerShell, Ansible)
• Gain and maintain the support of shareholders and decision makers required to achieve product quality goals.

The Candidate should have:

• Understanding the load balancing and optimization of the computer system performance.
• Creating and restoring the images from the virtualization technologies (like, VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Leverages own expertise by sharing an advice from expert knowledge, documenting processes, bring contribution to team de-briefs, etc.
• Adheres to policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct, ethics, and conflicts of interest and completes annual training in same.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related educational field.
• Minimum two years’ experience on a similar job position.
• Superb knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Knowledge in LAN and WAN tools.
• Expertise in Windows operating system.
• Operative experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
• Experience with PLC modules.
• AC/DC electricity work certification (e.g., SEP 1kv)
• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
• Professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
• Modification of the Routers and Switches (e.g., Cisco, HP, Dell)
• Understanding of the accounting business process.
• Microsoft Certification
• Familiarity in Ubuntu Linux Operating System
• Appropriate skills to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency problems promptly.
