Seargin is looking for a Service Desk with Danish

  • Position: Service Desk with Danish

The main tasks for the Service Desk with Danish will be:
  • Providing professional customer service, primarily in Danish and English, to end users using the company’s assets and equipment (POS, BOS, Forecourt, Network, EV Chargers)
  • Troubleshooting technical/functional issues. Supporting facility cases
  • Recording and supervising incidents according to team KPI's
  • Ordering maintenance and repair service from outside vendors and tracking their completion
  • Proactively following station systems using monitoring tools and resolving detected issues
  • Communicating with all parties involved (station employees, service companies, IT and maintenance engineers etc.) for effective problem resolution
  • Participating in various projects related to new technology and digitalization
The Candidate should have:
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and proposing solutions to reported problems
  • Excellent customer support in different areas
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great Danish and English skills (written and spoken)
It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Education in IT or related fields
  • Experience in technical support
