The main tasks for the Senior Software Engineer will be:

• Designing and developing PaaS elements and utilities
• Identifying specifications of expansion/function and work closely with adopters/internal customers to agree on requirements
• Tracking industry trends/standards in PaaS, public clouds and recommending new features/improvements based on integration of open source components
• Providing PaaS layer support to our clients by solving technical issues

The Candidate should have:

• Professional education in field of Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Technology or similar background
• Good knowledge of
  • Cloud native applications and microservices in Kubernetes
  • Design and architecture for PaaS
  • Linux/Unix OS (command line) and containerized platforms
  • One of following: Go, Java or another object oriented programming language
• Experience in integration of complex systems
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Familiarity with
  • Public cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenShift
  • Loud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Agile and BDD
  • JIRA / Confluence/ Git/ Gerrit/ Jenkins
  • Open source communities
• User experience design: usability engineering, user interface design, and information architecture
