The main tasks for the Senior IT Business Analyst (Public Sector) will be:

• Working with technologies like:
  • Business Anaysis
  • System Analyst
  • BPMN

The Candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree:
  • Science
  • Technology
  • Math
  • or Engineering background
• Demonstrated track record of delivering/working on complicated software development assignments
• 5 or more years of practice as Business/System Analyst, Product Owner or Project/Product Manager desired
• Practice in producing system evaluation utilizing BPMN and UML data in CASE modeling tools (eg Enterprise Architect)
• Pragmatic understanding of agile methods
• Sense of the software development lifecycle:
  • data models
  • backend
  • frontend IT systems
• Sense of REST architectural style
• Understanding of SQL
• Practice in working as a BA on customer-facing products
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Earlier practice in public sector
