Main tasks for the Senior IT Business Analyst will be:

• Working with following technologies: IT Business, BA, Business Analysis, Mambu or Temenos or NextGen or Finacle or FIS

The Candidate should have:

• One or more end to end deployment of Banking Solution as Business Analyst
• Experience in:
  • Minimum one of following solutions: Mambu, Temenos, NextGen, Finacle, FIS
  • Broader Banking areas including Retail and Wholesale Banking Across channels – traditional (Branch Banking) and Digital including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Kiosks, IVR, Social
  • Large Digital Banking transformation initiatives such as Multi Channel Optimization, Customer Experience, Online Banking refresh, Channel migration, payment transformation desirable
  • Running client workshops, gathering requirements and formalizing the MRD document and ability to get sign offs for the same
• Great Leadership and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Capability to act as a SPOC during SIT and UAT phases and to drive the Testing phase of the project
• Ability to:
  • Debug and identify the root-cause for Product issues, provide workarounds and liase with Product Team for Permanent fix
  • Identify and formulate data migration strategy alongside the project manager
• Excellent written skills for technical writing and client presentations
• Readiness to travel
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of German or French
