Seargin is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst

Main tasks for the Senior IT Business Analyst will be:

• Working as a member of a scrum team, lead scrum team delivery
• Gathering, analyzing and documenting the business demands in IT projects aiming at creating new products in complex IT landscape
• Creating Functional Specification Documents specifying functional and technical inner working of involved IT systems
• Cooperating with business stakeholders in area of identification, communication and acceptance of business requirements
• Preparing post-implementation and deployment documentation for operations and external customers
• Capturing, reviewing, approving, rejecting the requirements from their stakeholders and translating them into technical demands

The Candidate should have:

• 3 years of professional background on the position of IT Business / Systems Analyst ideally at Bank or Payment Processing Company
• Excellent practical knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience of working in Agile Methodology
• Fluent Polish capability in both speaking and writing (B1/B2)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
