The main tasks for the Senior Developer (IAM) will be:

• Developing new connectors for applications, databases and directories to automate Identity Management
• Designing and implementing new Identity Management automation processes, workflows, and policies
• Creating documentation of Identity Management processes and procedures
• Configuring, monitoring and supporting Identity Management elements
• Troubleshooting application and/or customer problems, proposing solutions and recommending process improvements
• Helping employees, vendors and customers by answering questions about Identity Management procedures and services
• Collaborating with other business areas and technology teams in the company

The Candidate should have:

• At least 5 years of professional background in Identity Management
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with design and administration of Oracle Identity Manager, Okta and Active Directory
• Practical knowledge of
  • OpenID Connect protocols
  • SAML 2.0
  • OAuth 2.0
  • At least one of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
  • RESTful Web Services and APIs
• Understanding of the methodology, techniques and technology used to plan and implement IAM capabilities
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
