The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Organizing and enabling daily stand-up meetings and demos/retrospectives. Ensuring rapid assessment and appropriate use of an Agile process.
• Intensifying and helping in the resolution of obstacles to aid the timely conclusion of sprint deliverables.
• Encouraging and guiding the embracing of Agile policies and practices.
• Providing training on Agile practices and procedures for assigned, as well as, other Scrum Teams.
• Supporting the application of enhancement areas found in team retrospectives.
• Ensuring the work applied by teams sticks to the steps and processes defined within the meaning of done (DoD) framework.
• Driving/Participating in scrum-of-scrums (SoS) to assist the management and remedy of dependencies around multiple product/application crews.
• Acting as a servant leader for various crews and their stakeholders.

The Candidate should have:

• Scrum Mater Practice and official education
• Capability to travel to Portland
• Working in PST time-zone (9am to 5pm)
• Scrum/Agile practice and education
• Deep understanding with Agile instruments like Jira, Aha, Confluence
• Demonstrated capability to develop business relations and connect successfully with people at all levels of organization; exhibit exceptional personal and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional assistance skills and capability to deal with vagueness
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• 5 or more years’ practice as a Scrum Master.
• 8 or more years of practice leading technical and non-technical teams in an Agile setting.
• CPG, Retail & Consumer commodities, Manufacturing & Hi-tech practice.
• Practice overseeing no less than one to two Scrum Teams.
• Certified Scrum Specialist (CSP) or Trained PMP
• Capability to journey to Portland (Offshore Resources)
• Practice with management technology delivery teams
