Seargin is looking for a Scrum Master

The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Leading and facilitating the scrum process in 1 or 2 teams and maintaining alignment with the other 2 scrum masters
• Leading change and growing the IPL on our agile journey in cooperation with other scrum masters, product owners, and the IPL leadership
• Constant monitoring of the work of the scrum team and solving problems when necessary
• Assisting the team and team members, reducing risks, optimizing utilization and flow to keep the team on track and ensure achievements
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and assist the product owner in keeping the backlog in good condition

The Candidate should have:

• Certified scrum master with extensive experience
• Understanding the fundamentals of IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication abilities and an innovative thinking
• Openness to working directly with the company
• A pro-active mindset and strong relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
