Seargin is looking for a SAP Data Migration Consultant

• Position: SAP Data Migration Consultant

• Form of employment: Freelance contract/Permanent
• Experience Level: Regular

Main tasks for the SAP Data Migration Consultant will be:

• Delivering cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market companys in EMEA region
• Supporting clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and participating in advisory projects – being a part of migration and data governance team
• Taking part in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks
• Cooperating with another team members in deploying SAP systems
• Strengthening his/her core SAP technology knowledge and experience

The Candidate should have:

• Readiness to travel on business
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Migration projects or ETL based solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP objects and import methods
• An extensive experience in issue resolution on data mapping
• Familiarity with:
  • BASIS (SAP systems, DB and OS level)
  • XML, LSMW, IDOC, RFC, ABAP Proxy
• Experience in preparing & performing Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Higher Education Degree
• Some experience with ETL or integration tools
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge and experience in SAP Data Services platform or Migration Cockpit
