The main tasks for the OT Region Manager will be:

• Taking ownership of the OT Cyber Security Risk Assessment Process and guaranteeing that it is complete and applied across all projects to maintain our risk reduction strategy
• Offering advice to the OT Safety Officer in coordinating and following up on the OT Security Application Plan for every package or module
• Being representative of OT Safety in the organization when connecting with outside stakeholders, and be the main point and lead for safeguarding efficient security across the OT Ecosystem in projects
• Creating “the plan” for cyber safety in co-ordination with OT Security Project managers and leading this with OT Security Officers and other stakeholders

The Candidate should have:

• Strong familiarity with the application of cyber security controls in or alongside operational technologies
• Good sense of industrial networks, an experience in energy industry would be an benefit, but other businesses such as manufacturing are also deemed relevant
• Practice as an end user of safety solutions, especially in an operational setting – understanding of existing security solutions in the market and how they’re applied in and OT is also of interest
• Comfortable as the main point for discussions on safety internally and externally
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
