The main tasks for the Lead Developer S/4 Hana will be:

• ​Acting as consultant and empowering the development crew concerning software design and development methods
• Driving and reviewing technical design choices in collaboration with the development crew
• Fostering constant development means of the development crew with the aim of producing high quality software
• Performing standard design and code evaluations and deciding on development actions with the development crew
• Managing software operations
• Ensuring that the output of the development lead is in accordance with the development standard

The Candidate should have:

• Full stack S/4 HANA growth skills
• Innovative software engineering abilities
• Development specialist capability to persuade
• Familiarity in agile development, actions as role model
• Experience multiplier, strong analytic and layout skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
