The main tasks for the IT Support Consultant will be:

• Helping our staff with on the spot aid for their diverse hardware and light software aid requirements
• Resolving first and second-level occurrences and responding to service requirements from our service administration systems
• Providing walk-in aid for our staff at their workplace, both Polish and global users
• Preparing IT utensils for new workers
• Securing a high level of user fulfillment through client orientation and a customer-service attitude.

The Candidate should have:

• Technical IT grade or corresponding experience
• Technical mind and used to provide technical aid concerning:
  • PCs,
  • mobile phones
  • iPads iOS
• Information of, and skill with:
  • installation of laptops by means of SCCM
  • MS Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • VPN
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
