The main tasks for the IT Software Sales Support will be:

• Aiding and teaching the FSRs throughout client visits/demos on how to publicize and present the value and advantages of software.
• Assisting FSRs by constructing quotes for the system or executing follow-up actions as necessary.
• Guiding FSRs, field service engineers ‘FSE’, and clients concerning system requirements, system topology, and IT matters.
• Supporting installation & structure of software on FSR laptops.
• Coordinating and performing project kick-off workshops with clients and our service suppliers.
• Performing sales exercise to FSRs.
• Leading end-user instruction to QA and production workforce.
• Assisting to examine aiding issues and forward data to the assistance center.

The Candidate should have:

• IT support knowledge, passion for technology and technical goods.
• Good expertise of Microsoft operating structures and applications on customers or servers
• Eagerness to travel varying on business requirements.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
