Seargin is looking for an IT Expert CM

  • Position: IT Expert CM

Main tasks for the IT Expert CM will be:
  • Take a role of technical team lead in one or more Capital Markets projects
  • Interface and communicate with the coordinators
  • Completion of tasks on time and constantly reporting status to the lead
  • Coordinating implementation
  • Solution improvement
  • Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
  • Traveling to customers location when necessary
  • Oversee the performance management for your reporters, according to the organization policies
  • Coaching and technical support to team members
  • Providing coaching to newcomers
  • Take part in the organization-wide people initiatives
The Candidate should have:
  • Bachelor / Master in Business Administration with Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics / Physics
  • At least 2 years of experience in Capital markets IT
  • Experienced Capital Markets IT Expert with business & IT knowledge
  • Coding skills
  • Proficiency with Capital Markets products (e.g. IRD, FX, MM, Securities and other)
  • Experience with minimum 1 Capital Markets functional areas (e.g. Front Office, Back Office, Middle Office, Collateral management or Accounting / Risk)
  • Experience with Capital Markets Infrastructure & technology skills
  • Interest in emerging technologies e.g. cloud, Capital Markets FinTechs, Microservices, RoboticsWork as member of a team to apply & support client’s platform with digital lenders, start-ups, microfinance organizations and new business units of traditional banks
  • Provide constant support and Q&A to current customers and their users
  • Proficiency with new channels and capability to spot trends in dynamic channel technology
  • Appropriate skills understand emerging demands of customer centricity and improve solutions to fulfill requirements
  • Ability to deal with critical situations and lead the team in the right direction.
  • Skills to run client workshops, collect requirements and formalize the MRD document and get sign offs for the same
  • Superb documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
  • Should act as a SPOC while SIT and UAT levels and drive the Testing part of the project
  • Be Able to act as a Module Lead and lead the Development team & Functional Team
  • Create connection between the client and the Developers, translate the requirement into technical language for the developers
  • Skills to identify the source of any problems encountered during testing phase
  • Should be able to identify and formulate data migration strategy alongside the project manager
  • Other skills include Effort Estimation, Pre-sales support, engagement Assessments, Project planning, Conduct Training for clients/Internal staff
  • Remarkable Leadership skills
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Database administration
  • Performance tuning
  • Prior Client facing experience and Excellent client-facing skills
  • Hands on experience on PLSQL
  • Experience in any or more of Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases
