The main tasks for the IT Development Lead – SAP ERP will be:

• Being accountable and organizing all technological developments of the Solutions in the area SAP ERP in close collaboration with other development leads
• Evaluating client needs from technological standpoint, management and consulting of system technological development and deployment and guaranteeing quality of application and specialized documents
• Working together with
  • Solution Architects
  • Product Architects
  • Solution Manager on the distribution of Solution functionalities
• Handling of exterior and interior Developers
• Assisting in the enterprise and growth of proof of concept and prototype Solutions in upcoming S/4 transformation

The Candidate should have:

• Experience in various elements of SAP ERP
• Specialist practice in ABAP Development space involving debugging in large installations and global environment
• SAP interface experience like:
  • RFC
  • WebService
  • API
  • CI/CPI
• Understanding in Requirement manufacturing and coordinating their application
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• German Language
• SAP S/4 experience
