Seargin is looking for an IT Business Analyst

Main tasks for the IT Business Analyst will be:

• Provide support sales excellence platform with Quotation manager as the main application
• Take part in .net development and manage MSSQL database
• Cooperate with company clients, staff members, IT colleagues, and other shareholders to describe detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available tools, improve and demonstrate viable solution possibilities
• Be aware of actual IT projects, support analysis, design, improvement and implementation of business apps
• Take responsibility for project objectives and guarantee they are finished right on time
• Improve, compile and share crystal reports on application development and deployment,
• Estimate application software packs, as well as other ways for them and recommend them to management,
• Coach end users on application such as Quotation manager and Saleforce

The Candidate should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience of in supporting business application particularly on .net architecture,
• At least 5 years of experience of independent management of MSSQL database administration
• Significant understanding of SQL and SQL server technologies
• Experience in IT Project Management.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Working knowledge of applications like SAP, Salesforce and customer facing applications is an advantage,
