Main tasks for the Head of Technology Solutions will be:

• Reporting to the company and being responsible for administering and supervising the Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Assets Management and Insurance Technology teams located in Poland
• Developing Financial Services Business in Europe, Middle East, India & Africa, especially concentrating on growing Germany, Switzerland & Austria’s penetration in this sector
• Leading and managing German Client accounts
• Providing consulting services to business leadership on IT and transformational initiatives and projects regarding industry best practices and helping with coordination of Business Consulting and Technology Consulting teams to integrate new solutions and the implementation of expected standards and policies into the industry and market
• Cooperating with clients to provide premium solutions to customers in EMEIA, identifying potential business opportunities within existing and new projects, and managing these as appropriate in line with company’s commitments
• Participating in creating a positive learning culture, coaching and counselling other team members

The Candidate should have:

• At least 15 years of professional background in Technology Solutions Delivery, preferably within financial sector
• Extensive industry experience
• At least 10 years of:
  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Experience in leading large scale client facing organizations
• Readiness to travel to the customers locations on as needed basis
• Excellent business acumen, outstanding client relationship skills
• Expertise in top-edge technology stack
• Familiarity with financial and public sector business domain
• Transformational leadership style with focus on building inclusive culture & high performing teams of global professionals
• Capability to lead with teams in different contexts & environment with an awareness of group dynamics to drive an inclusive approach
• Cultural sensitivity, capability to handle interactions with a “global mind-set”
• Ability to focus on business development & stakeholder management
• Excellent German language skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
