Seargin is looking for a FullStack Developer

• Position: FullStack Developer
• Technologies: .Net, JavaScript, React
• Area: Project/Maintenance/ R&D                                             
• Localization: Remotely now/in Kraków after pandemic with one day remotely/week
• Form of employment: permanent contract
• Experience Level: Regular/Senior

Main tasks for the FullStack Developer will be:

• Design, improve, and release varied technology software solutions. Bring contribution by the product development process, as this team is responsible for product development cycle and delivery.
• Keep up with current trends in software development best practices, tools, and company standards to create high quality products. Work with software architects to guarantee development work aligns with technical drivers.
• Provide significant contribution to the team culture of quality and high performance in their daily R&D activities. Control and oversee junior level team members and peer review other team members’ work to guarantee high product quality levels.
• Represent company main values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your contributions, team commitments, and supporting your colleagues
• Take part in the team agile development process and build an understanding of relevant products and tools
• Work in an international team

The Candidate should have:

• At least 5-8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on .NET and web development tools including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS, C#
• Experience with agile software development practices. Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework is a plus
• Great knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js preferred)
• Proficiency in these additional areas would bring significant contribution to the team: .NET Core development, container technologies including Docker, Linux command line, writing SQL queries, RESTful web API design and development, data modeling
• Experience with software work tracking technologies (Azure DevOps or TFS desired) and source code version control with Git
• Significant background with analyzing and controlling difficult technical problems with software applications.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience as a technical lead or developer mentor
