The main tasks for the Financial Accounting Lead will be:

• Partnering to the Company business F&C groups in EUR in defining and aligning on the IT FINANCE technology projects. The arrangement involves Project Portfolio managing, IT Investing placement and follow up, Technology Roadmap construction.
• Delivery of the approved and authorized project portfolio across the source and operational management of core and outside IT FCL reserves.
• Acting as single point of communication within EUR region for FINANCE receivers and further IT units to gather obligations, address accelerations and support the resolution.
• Functional consulting to business receivers on products available in FCL scope and their application to specific business needs. On the other hand, if no goods exist, gathering the needs and positioning on the Product Roadmaps with Product Owners or creating and constructing custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Guaranteeing value dependability services (solution upkeep and assistance) from outer service suppliers.
• Sustaining Digital Transformation inside IT FCL with bringing automation plans, recommending improvements, etc.

The Candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s grade in:
  • Business
  • Information systems
  • Or related discipline, or equivalent
• 7 or more years of appropriate practice of IT business assessment in a functional area of Finance.
• Extremely good understanding of SAP FI components, demonstrated with relevant capability.
• Developed people leadership and senior stakeholder managing abilities.
• Practice working in an Agile/DevOps setting using design-thinking approach.
• Strong sense of basic system engineering, data threat and safety standards, and architecture requirements.
• Sense of various software development methods.
• Superb grasp of business intricacy and interdependencies.
• Sense of business practices and capability to translate them into application needs.
• Deep sense of the IT landscape in the practical area.
• Experience working in a global setting and with virtual squads.
• Master data governance understanding.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Working experience of Business Analytics devices (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
