The main tasks for the Finance Specialist will be:
  • Prepare Fit-to-Standard Workshops/Fiori system demos
  • Lead requirement gathering and Blue-Print session for Global FSCM Disputes Management, FSCM Collections Management, and FSCM Credit Management. Collaborate with the Sprint team to build different custom SAP Fiori Applications
  • Possession of SAP S/4 configuration in PTP
  • Taking workshop participants through PTP processes and the technical feasibility of running them in S/4
  • Review, follow-up, update project plan using key project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, JIRA, etc.); complete project status reporting activities
  • Work with Customer Transactions, Master Data, Payment Terms, Mapping Bank Lockbox format with SAP Lockbox format, and customizing payment advice notes on A/R. FI/AR number ranges, incoming payments, reconciliation accounts, overall receivables management, and terms of payment
  • SAP Cash application and OpenText technology configuration
  • Participate in different key decision-making meetings such as landscaping, review, requirements prioritization, and Gap Analysis. Lead stakeholder management and facilitate Fit Gap (Fit to Standard) analysis
  • Analyze customer business requirements, identify and define areas for improvement, draft functional and technical specifications for development, testing, and configuration
  • Work on SAP S/4 configurations: Credit Management, Tolerance Limits, and Open Item Clearing, Account Groups, Incoming & Outgoing Payments, Automatic Payment Program, and Field Status Groups, Dunning Program, Interest Calculation on Open Items, Correspondences, and Account Statement process.
  • Collaborate with Client Business and IT partners to provide User Acceptance Testing
  • Document the influence on Business Partner Synchronization in an SAP FSCM Collections Management Implementation

The Candidate should have:
  • Functional skills in SAP:
    • FSCM-Credit Management, Collections, Dispute management
    • Settlement Management
    • Business Partners
    • Bank Accounting
    • Lockbox
    • Accounts Receivables
    • Credit Card Processing
    • GL
  • Practical experience in the development
  • An in-depth understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash process (OTC)
  • Experience in FSCM consulting and SAP functional deployment with a solid understanding of FSCM – Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management, with a deep understanding of industry best business practices and business demands to successfully leverage FSCM functionalities
  • Experienced with Business Partner ideas, working on the Standard and Custom Fiori Application
  • Background in the designing process, moderating workshops, defining business demands, advising the business on best practices and references, Business Blueprints, and creating the process mapping in key result spaces. Previous experience in conducting Gap Analysis, preparing functional specifications, consulting with the technical team, user manuals, and problem-solving issues, and solving Incidents/Change Request
  • Experienced in Agile Sprint methodology
  • Background in full implementations cycles with great skills in configuration and development, especially in SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation
  • Excellent abilities in user output identification for improvement, writing functionality design specifications, debugging, integration testing, and documentation
  • Manage, and provide guidance, and supervision to big and small groups. Analyze and extract key issues in complex business and technical processes
  • Excellent business communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
