• Position: Finance Business Consultant with French
• Technologies: Record to report (RTR), Procure to pay (PTP), Order to cash (OTC), French language

Main tasks for the Finance Business Consultant with French will be:

• Experience with finance activities – ‘Record to report’, ‘Procure to pay’ and ‘Order to cash’ processes with account conciliation, Journals, trade matching, varied analysis, Fixed assets accounting / management
• Great knowledge of GBS / SSC tools
• Knowledge of activities in financial close of monthly organization of quarter and annual close periods
• Significant Knowledge on ledger and sub-ledger software
• Experience in IFRS implementation project(s) for future and current implementation such as IFRS 17
• Good experience in Chart of accounts (CoA) design
• Supervising team members on projects
• Skills to successfully prioritize and deal with tasks in a high-pressure
• Open to travel (Domestic & International)

The Candidate should have:

• French is a must
• Appropriate capabilities to clearly organize messages to varied audience
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in vague incidents
• Skills to influence others and work effectively to achieve the goal
• Interpreting the IFRS standards
• CA, CFA, CPA, MBA OR Master’s in business administration in Finance
• 6-8 years of work experience in Accounting Regulation Change and IFRS Implementation projects (Recent/Ongoing Implementations such as IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and IFRS 17)
• Remarkable Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Finance Transformation, GBS/SSC Setup
• IFRS Implementation / IFRS Reporting Experience
• Exposure to tools like ERP, HFM, Visio, ARIS, etc.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• IFRS Certification
• Consulting experience
• Technical knowledge of SAP ERP / HANA, Oracle GL
• Appropriate skills to translate business requirements to technical language and model
