The main tasks for the Digital Workplace Specialist (Office 365) will be:

• Performing third-level support for Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus
• Identifying and suggesting ideal methods of working within the collaboration and productivity tools
• Enhancing the service by working on employee feedback and known support issues
• Helping in adoption efforts through counseling, seminars, and business-related activities
• Establishing tight working relationship with multi-site team and business stakeholders

The Candidate should have:

• Experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus from an international organization, supporting collaboration tools across all platforms
• Expertise in building relationships with internal customers and desire to contribute to the success of the team
• Ability to explain complex technical issues in an clear, understandable way
• Independent, self-reliant and able to work with minimal guidance
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
