Seargin is looking for a Data Scientist

  • Position: Data Scientist

Main tasks for the Data Scientist will be:
  • Reviewing literature and presenting results on state of the art methods
  • Data preprocessing, cleaning, sanity checking of data in the AMY behavioral and Predictive modeling studies
  • Maintaining and building new data preprocessing pipelines
  • Delivering analytical support in terms of building predictive models (predicting onset of pain, correlational analysis amongst wearable data and pain classifications, pain indexing
  • Collaborating with the core Analytics team to generate reports, Slide decks for reporting purposes

The Candidate should have:
  • Proficiency in coding in python in the ECAS environment
  • Experience with:
    • Zypad development
    • Analyzing time series data
  • Knowledge of Kedro (can be learned on the job)
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
