Seargin is looking for a Data Analyst

The main tasks for the Data Analyst will be:

• Working with MDM, Data Modeling, SQL
• Serving as development leader for medium scale projects (5+ developers)
• Working on downstream system data mapping and integration requirements

The Candidate should have:

• Expertise in the most of the Data Management Areas (especially Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing)
• Solid knowledge of SQL, 3 years of experience with relational databases
• Minimum 3 years of working background with (at least one):
  • MDM technology (e.g. Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere)
  • DQ technology (e.g. Informatica Data Quality, Talend)
  • Metadata technology (e.g. Collibra)
• Good understanding of cloud solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to
  • Cooperate with architects and influence solution architecture
  • Support business analysis
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

• Experience with

• Understanding of different solution architectures and integration patterns
