The main tasks for the Cybersecurity Analyst will be:

• Supporting Cybersecurity solutions in such domains like
  • Network Security
  • Cloud Security
  • Endpoint Security
  • Data Security
  • Security monitoring solutions
• Delivering incident handling, response and recovery for escalated requests from Tier-1
• Ensuring the accessibility and performance of Cybersecurity infrastructure solutions
• Helping to evaluate, analyze and report on service levels associated with Information Security Infrastructure across the organization
• Planning, coordinating and implementing changes in production and DR environments
• Active monitoring and planning of solution capacity
• Analyzing and making recommendations to improve the performance and update Cybersecurity solutions as needed
• Assisting with the continuous development and enhancement of Cybersecurity solution monitoring and orchestration tools
• Investigating, responding to and reporting on security incidents as directed
• Creating and maintaining system documentation, including run books, standard operating procedures and error handling/troubleshooting processes
• Participating global on-call support roster

The Candidate should have:

• Working experience and proficiency with daily support of minimum one of the following domains:
  • Network security solutions (firewalls, load balancers, proxies, IDS/IPS)
  • System/endpoint security solutions (endpoint security, data loss prevention, encryption/certificate management)
  • Identity & access management solutions (directory services, privileged access management, single sign on)
  • AWS/Azure cloud security solutions.
• Familiarity with security concepts and methods such as
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • Privacy assessments
  • Intrusion detection
  • Incident response
  • Security policy creation
  • Enterprise security strategies and governance
• Knowledge of various industry and government strategies and standards in privacy and security, including
  • Cyber Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Control Objectives for Cyber and related Technology (COBIT)
  • International Organization for Standardization (ISO 27001)
  • SAS70
  • US National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST)
  • others where applicable
• Solid understanding of information security best practices, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Familiarity with common operating systems such as Linux/Unix, Windows etc.
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Completed education in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics
• CISSP or CISM certification
