Seargin is looking for a Consultant ServiceNow (Integration)

The main tasks for the Consultant ServiceNow (Integration) will be:

• Advising internal customers and IT departments on integration opportunities with ServiceNow
• Developing scenarios for integrating ServiceNow into HR IT landscape (mainly SAP Successfactors and SAP HCM)
• Implementing global technical change management concepts
• Supporting implementation and commissioning activities
• Configurating E2E support concepts and setup of continuous monitoring processes
• Developing overall test concepts and leading test activities with developers
• Cooperating with geographically dispersed business and IT teams
• Contracting and monitoring IT tasks with Internal and External Service Providers
• Preparing project documentation

The Candidate should have:

• Excellent Project Management skills
• Several years of experience in Software Development, ideally in the area of
  • ServiceNow and
  • SAP Successfactors
  • SAP HCM
• Great understanding of integration technologies like API
• Good knowledge on E2E HR processes (especially in the area of personnel administration)
• Capability to work in an international team consisting of software developers and external service providers
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken), at least B2
