Seargin is looking for a BPM Feature Engineer

Main tasks for the BPM Feature Engineer will be:

• Understand product concept and assist business product owner in selection of features, and prioritize them;
• Interpret and describe business necessities, understand the “what” by explaining the “how”, in a productive and iterative cycle, providing technology-based solutions;
• Improve solutions by using a BPM tool: design interfaces, flows, model data, modify (develop) business rules, test functionalities;
• Contribute at technical solution anticipating and architecture design;
• Maintenance: analyze problems and improvements for the processes; have a significant understanding of the business flows and guarantee that process flows match the way people actually work;
• Assure the quality of the software and consider non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability or scalability), and manage quality assurance procedures in order to guarantee submitted development work meets requirements (functional and non-functional);
• Take part in in daily scrums, immediate planning, demo and retrospective, that assures that work will meet business requirement and team commitment;
• Act as 3rd line support: develop fixes for problems and make rules for application support teams.
• Deliver training, documentation and technical support about products/solutions developed

The Candidate should have:

• Appropriate skills to handle a request end-to-end: ability to lead requirements, business process definition and design sessions with decision makers (product owner and/or his representatives), product owners and end users, under minimum of guidance;
• Great level of knowledge & understanding of banking industry;
• Practical experience with BPM platforms;
• Significant understanding of data and business process modelling;
• Proficiency in database querying and using SQL;
• Agile knowledge;
• Appropriate skills to solving issues and focused on reults: solutions not on problems;
• Bachelor’s Degree on Computer science or Information Technology or Economics field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development; references for successful projects.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Design interfaces competences; HTML/CCS/JavaScript skills
