Phone screening: short interview verifying interest in the offer and basic employment conditions
Initial check: Additional technical and/or language check
Interview: Conversation with the Hiring Manager
Optional: Additional interview or task to be completed
Feedback: Recieve informative feedback regardless of the final outcome.
