Guide the development team in maintaining architectural standards across all phases of the project lifecycle. Ensure software solutions align with health regulations and client requirements.
Work closely with clinical teams and healthcare professionals to gather requirements and ensure the software solutions meet specific health-related needs.
Evaluate and select appropriate software development technologies, tools, and platforms for mobile applications focused on healthcare.
Effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders including project managers, scrum masters, and technical teams to align on software development goals.
Provide necessary training and support during business development phases to ensure effective use of the developed applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications are advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on mobile platforms (iOS/Android). Experience in hybrid or web solutions is a plus.
Deep knowledge of mobile application development, including frameworks and technical characteristics of mobile operating systems. Extensive understanding of multi-layer software architectures.
Proven experience in designing software architectures that interact with healthcare-specific data formats and systems, ensuring compliance and interoperability.
Fluency in English and German is essential.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
