Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements for ERP and Concur implementations
Oversee the integration architecture, ensuring that Concur-ICS implementations are consistent with enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements.
Provide expert guidance and support throughout the Concur-ICS implementation lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Concur-ICS configurations, integration plans, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and provide escalation support for Concur-ICS related issues.

At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Concur-ICS platform, with a strong foundation in SAP FICO.
