By subscribing to the newsletter run by Seargin Sp. z o.o. (the Administrator), you consent to receiving informational materials and commercial messages from the Administrator via email regarding the Administrator’s offer and that of its business partners. The Administrator processes personal data for the purpose of sending commercial messages electronically. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Terms of Use for the Seargin Newsletter

  1. Use of the Seargin newsletter is voluntary.
  2. Registration in the subscriber database occurs by completing the registration form available at: seargin.com/newsletter
  3. An activation link for confirming the newsletter subscription will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
  4. The subscriber may delete their data at any time by unsubscribing via [email protected]
  5. Complaints regarding technical issues related to the functioning of the Seargin newsletter may be submitted via email to [email protected]

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

We will process your personal data for the purpose of sending the subscribed newsletter, in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients to whom your data may be disclosed are entities with which Seargin has concluded agreements for the provision of IT system maintenance services.

Data Retention Period

We will store your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or until Seargin ceases to issue the newsletter.

Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
a) access your data and obtain a copy thereof;
b) rectify (correct) your data;
c) delete your personal data;
d) restrict or object to the processing of your data;
e) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, without providing it, it will not be possible to deliver the newsletter.
