Terms of Use for the Seargin Newsletter
- Use of the Seargin newsletter is voluntary.
- Registration in the subscriber database occurs by completing the registration form available at: seargin.com/newsletter
- An activation link for confirming the newsletter subscription will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
- The subscriber may delete their data at any time by unsubscribing via [email protected]
- Complaints regarding technical issues related to the functioning of the Seargin newsletter may be submitted via email to [email protected]

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We will process your personal data for the purpose of sending the subscribed newsletter, in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
Recipients of Personal Data
Recipients to whom your data may be disclosed are entities with which Seargin has concluded agreements for the provision of IT system maintenance services.
Data Retention Period
We will store your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or until Seargin ceases to issue the newsletter.
