Seargin SAP Academy is a training program for young and motivated individuals who want to learn about SAP technology and get insights from experts in the field. Currently, we have 14 participants, including two Polish teams and one team located in Spain (Madrid).
SAP Academy is our answer to the increasing demand for skills related to SAP solutions in today’s business world. Seargin always aims for excellence and constant improvement of processes, which is why we invest in developing skills related to this sophisticated ERP system.
During the training, our participants learn advanced skills in configuring, integrating, and managing SAP systems. We strongly believe that applying the knowledge in practice is the key to professional success. Our talented SAP Academy participants have accepted the challenge of travelling to New York, where they use their skills in a project with our client, a leader in the food industry.
This is a short comment on what they exactly do: “We deal with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management – integrated software platform for inflexible, automated support for processing goods movements and for managing inventory in the warehouse). Senior SAP Consultants on site introduce us to the structure of the system and we try to support them with day to day tasks. We monitor resources in the system, perform system inventory and, above all, help users whenever they have a problem such as something getting stuck in the system, they don’t know why an error is displayed, etc.” – Mikołaj Manikowski.
