Responsibilities
- Building and implementing a long-term technology strategy in collaboration with the Management Board;
- Identifying and evaluating new technologies, and initiating innovative solutions to support the company’s growth;
- Managing the work of Heads of Competence Centers and monitoring their operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Responsibility for the P&L of Competence Centers, maximizing revenue and profits;
- Acquiring new clients, developing relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s services and products during client interactions;
- Holding Heads of Competence Centers accountable for meeting assigned KPIs and goals;
- Overseeing all technology projects within the company;
- Prioritizing technology projects and allocating resources accordingly;
- Supervising the process of technology product development—from concept, through development, to deployment;
- Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvements in line with organizational goals and introducing enhancements;
- Ensuring high-quality solutions and compliance with the latest technological trends;
- Managing technology budgets;
- Participating in domestic and international business trips to attend key client meetings, industry events, and technology conferences;
- Regularly reporting progress and key metrics to the Management Board.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including 5 years in a managerial role (e.g., CTO, Head of Competence Center, or similar);
- Deep knowledge of technology product development processes and project management;
- Excellent knowledge of modern technologies and IT trends;
- Proven ability to build and effectively implement technology strategies;
- Experience in the IT consulting industry;
- Experience working with international clients, including preparing comprehensive solution proposals;
- Fluency in English (mandatory), knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Previous experience as an IT specialist.
